It is my belief that every community deserves safety, dignity and second chances. As a founding board member and now CEO, I have seen firsthand how this organization changes lives by helping people step out of cycles of violence, providing opportunities, holding up families amidst tragedy, and bringing hope where many have given up. Our goal is not perfection or visibility, but real impact in communities that are often overlooked. This work requires partnership—and we are so grateful to our partners who have stood with us to help ensure the people and the communities we serve receive what they need. Together, we will reduce violence. We will create new positive cycles. And we will help people heal.
